Ingredients
Water, beta-alanine, taurine, acidity regulator – citric acid; caffeine, flavourings, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, sweeteners – steviol glycosides from stevia, acesulfame K, sucralose; salt, cayenne pepper extract (Capsicum annuum L., fruit), colour – carotenes.
Usage & Dosage
Take 20 ml (1/3 of the ampoule) approximately 30 minutes before training. Use the measuring cap included to measure the appropriate portion – 20 ml. Shake before use. One ampoule contains 3 portions. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 193 mg per daily portion = 20 ml, 1/3 of the ampoule). Not recommended for breastfeeding women. Should not be taken by people with heart conditions, hypertension, or hypersensitivity to any of the constituents. Do not consume other products containing caffeine at the same time (e.g. other food supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after consumption – this is a temporary effect attributed to beta-alanine and does not affect health. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
