Olimp Nutrition Glutamine Xplode is an advanced amino acid powder delivering 5.5 g of L-glutamine per serving — one of the most abundant amino acids in the human body. Each 10 g serving also provides 1.5 g of L-leucine and 0.25 g of cystine, combined in Olimp’s proprietary Vit-A-min Supercharge blend to support your daily amino acid intake as part of an active lifestyle.
The formula is further enriched with a full spectrum of micronutrients at 100% of the recommended daily allowance, including Vitamin C delivered via the premium PureWay-C® form, Niacin, Selenium, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12. 55% L-glutamine, 19% Vit-A-min Supercharge (15% L-leucine, 2.5% cystine, 1.1% Vit. C (microencapsulated L-ascorbic acid (PureWay-C®)), citrus bioflavonoids, 0.2% niacin (nicotinamide), 0.1% sodium selenite, 0.03% Vit. B12 (cyanocobalamin), 0.02% Vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 0.002% pteroylmonoglutamic acid – folic acid), flavourings, acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrate; thickener – gum arabic, sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose, colour: beta-carotene (for orange flavour), carmine (for orange flavour), riboflavin (for orange flavour).
Usage & Dosage
Add 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Consume directly after preparation.
