When will my order be shipped?

Orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

How long is delivery?

Delivery normally takes 2–4 business days after your order has shipped. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–8 business days. Read more in our shipping and delivery policy.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in the Czech Republic (Dextrum Fulfillment, a.s., Paskov) and delivered directly to you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can sometimes help change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvalia.eu.

What if my parcel is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking the tracking first. If you still need help, you’re welcome to contact our customer service.

How do I make a return?
