About Vitabiotics – Wellteen Her Plus
Vitabiotics Wellteen Her Plus is a comprehensive two-part daily supplement specially formulated for teenage girls and young women. Each pack contains 28 tablets and 28 omega-3 capsules — taken together once a day — delivering a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals and botanical extracts designed to support the nutritional demands of an active, developing young woman.
The formula includes Vitamin D3 at 800 IU (20 µg) per daily dose, alongside Vitamin C, Vitamin E, a full B-complex (including Folic Acid and B12), Iron, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium and Iodine, among other micronutrients. It also features L-Carnitine Tartrate, Coenzyme Q10, Grape Seed Extract and Cranberry Extract. The companion omega-3 capsule provides DHA, which contributes to normal brain function and maintenance of normal vision — at the daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

Usage & Dosage
One tablet, plus one omega-3 capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.

As with other food supplements, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you are under medical supervision, have epilepsy, a thyroid condition, haemochromatosis, suffer from food allergies or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
