Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 33 g) with 200–250 ml of cold water or low-fat milk. Consume 1–3 times daily — after training, between meals, or whenever extra protein intake is needed. On training days, use 2 or more servings post-workout or whenever more protein is required.
