OSAVI Omega-3 VEGAN 250 mg DHA delivers a plant-based source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) derived from microalgae Schizochytrium sp. — the same marine source from which fish obtain their omega-3 fatty acids. Each vegan softgel capsule provides a minimum of 250 mg DHA, allowing you to support your omega-3 intake without any animal-derived ingredients.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Usage & Dosage
Swallow 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal. Each capsule provides 454 mg algae oil of which minimum 250 mg DHA.
