Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in Magic Citrus flavour is a comprehensive pre-training powder formula designed to support your preparation for demanding physical activity. Each tub provides 30 servings of a precisely dosed blend featuring key amino acids, creatine, caffeine and a selection of B vitamins — all engineered to complement an active lifestyle and high-intensity training routine.
The formula combines L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine and a dual Creatine Mix (creatine monohydrate + creatine citrate) with L-Tyrosine and caffeine, rounded out by Vitamin C, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamins B1 and B6, Ginseng extract, and Bioperine® black pepper extract. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B1, B6 and Pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Flexible dosing makes N1 Pre-Workout suitable for a wide range of athletes: a half-dose option (8.5 g) is available for lighter individuals or those more sensitive to stimulants, while a full dose (17 g) caters to heavier or more experienced trainees. Mixed with water and consumed 30 minutes before training, it dissolves easily into a refreshing citrus-flavoured drink that is sugar-free when prepared at the recommended dilution.

Usage & Dosage
Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 1 serving (8.5 g = ¼ scoop) with 150 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Over 75 kg body weight or for high-proficiency training: mix 17 g (½ scoop) with 300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Food supplement. Should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, adolescents, or children. Keep out of reach of children. Due to high caffeine content, not recommended for use in the evening to avoid sleep disturbances. The initial inflammatory response of lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine – black pepper extract). Due to hygroscopic ingredients (e.g. arginine, beta-alanine), the powder may harden after opening – this does not indicate product alteration. If the recommended dilution ratio (8.5 g/150 ml or 17 g/300 ml) is observed, the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml of drink).
