Ingredients
Free BCAA amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), acidity regulators – citric acid, sodium citrates; L-glutamine, flavourings, thickener – gum arabic; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; anti-caking agents – calcium phosphates, silicon dioxide; emulsifier – lecithins (from soy); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6), colour – carmine (for strawberry fit flavour).
Usage & Dosage
Take 1–2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion (10 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water, using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.
