Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (approx. 15g) with 12–16 oz (350–475 ml) of water and consume before, during, or after a workout, or between meals. Recommended: 2–3 servings per day. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.
