Usage & Dosage

Mix one scoop (approximately 14.5–15g) with 12–16 oz (300–400 ml) of water. Consume 2–3 servings per day in between meals, right before a workout, during a workout, or right after a workout. Alternatively, place 4 scoops in a gallon of water and sip throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
