Each 13g scoop delivers 7,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids — comprising 3,500 mg of L-Leucine, 1,750 mg of L-Isoleucine and 1,750 mg of L-Valine — in the well-researched 2:1:1 ratio, alongside 2,500 mg of L-Glutamine and 1,000 mg of Citrulline Malate (1:1).

Usage & Dosage
Mix each serving (1 scoop, approx. 13g) with at least 250 ml of water and adjust for taste preference. Shake well and consume up to two scoops per day. Consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days.
